The Minetti Case

It seems clear to me that, in the Minetti case, the real target was Berlusconi, who was later acquitted because of the objective lack of evidence that he had had sexual relations with the famous Ruby, the only one among the many girls who was still technically underage (and only by a few months), though certainly not an innocent young girl.

It does not seem to me that Minetti’s role was in any way comparable to that of a pimp: none of the girls was forced, and all of them were eager to attend those parties.

Even in Ruby’s own case, it does not seem that the judges were interested in investigating with whom she had been prostituting herself before going to Berlusconi.
