Social Rules
Every society can change its own rules, but it ALWAYS has rules. Thus, we say that there is sexual freedom, but in reality, today, if a girl does not want to have sex before marriage, then she cannot find a husband. Similarly, we say that women have been liberated because they can do any job, but in reality, women today HAVE TO work: it is not that they can really choose to devote themselves solely to the family.
Freedom is always exercised within the sphere of what social rules do not regulate.
