Destruction in Ukraine
Of course, war is war, and it brings destruction as well as deaths.
We should note, however, that the war in Ukraine is one of the very few wars of the last century in which the fighting has taken place mainly between armies, with civilian involvement being very limited compared with other wars of the last century.
The destruction mainly concerns the territories where the fighting is taking place and which, presumably, will end up under Russian control.
So I wonder: what about the reconstruction of Ukraine that is being talked about so much? Would it actually concern Russia?
