The Scientific Realm and the Human Realm
Science reveals truths that are considered valid as long as they correspond to experimental results. Yet only a very small number of people — scientists in the various fields — are actually able to conduct those experiments, and their findings are accepted by everyone else.
But even if we passively accept scientific truths, we still develop our own way of seeing reality in the ethical, political, and artistic realms, and it is according to these views that we live, and sometimes die.
We are all different, and over time our ways of thinking change, as do the human truths in which we place our trust. Thus we form our ideas about love, the education of children, political organization, modern and ancient art, and countless other things that guide our lives.
