Peace in Ukraine
I believe above all that this is not about making justice prevail, but about saving Ukraine (and also Russia) from the abyss, so that the crying of mothers, widows, and children may end, along with the terror of death, the extreme desolation, and the lack of everything.
I am not in favor of seeing justice carried out while the world goes to ruin (fiat iustitia et pereat mundus); in politics one must look to the good of the people.
I would add that this war is the result more of exacerbated nationalism than of truly compelling reasons.
