Evidence of Rape

We are all against rape, but the problem is how, in certain cases, it can be proven that a rape actually occurred. If a woman goes somewhere with a man and withdraws with him in private, how can one know whether or not there was consent on the woman’s part?

In the past, the blame was always placed on the woman, since she was expected not to put herself in a situation where she could be assaulted. Now there is an attempt to protect women, but in reality it is not possible to have proof of violence in a couple who withdraws in private.
