Man and Woman

Do the differences between men and women depend on explicit or implicit societal norms, or on the objective, natural differences between men and women?

According to feminism, differences do not exist: they would be like having blond or brown hair. Are there only different sexual organs? Or is the entire body different? And along with the body, what about the way of thinking, sensitivity, behavior, especially in relation to the opposite sex?

Then there is family and parenthood: raising and educating children is the most important function to continue (and improve) life.

If men and women have the same duties, who then takes care of the children?

If we talk about inequalities at work, we must consider that there are full-time jobs (the politician) and fixed-term jobs (the teacher). Those in the first category cannot take care of the family (Meloni declares herself a mother, but is she really a mother, or does she delegate it to another woman?). So, if both parents are fully engaged in work, who takes care of the children?
