Intelligence of Peoples

All peoples have the same average genetic level of intelligence. However, over the last four centuries, (modern) science was created and developed by Europeans—why is that?

Because of a matter of mindset: in fact, many non-Europeans also win Nobel Prizes to the extent that they have absorbed European culture (mindset).

But it is also true that the culture we breathe from birth strongly influences us.
