Capitalism and Communism
In the last
century there was competition between liberalism (capitalism) and communism: the
former achieved levels of prosperity far superior to the latter, with the result
that communism dissolved throughout the world.
This is a clear and evident fact.
But the few remaining supporters of communism do not accept this (as Popper
observed), and thus the concepts of capitalism and communism become confused,
stretched, and lose the meaning they historically had.
