The War of Religion in Gaza
One cannot properly speak of a war of religion in Gaza. No one in Gaza thinks of converting Israelis, and no Israeli thinks of converting an Arab (among other things, Judaism is not an apostolic religion).
This is a conflict between ethnic groups characterized by different religious traditions, with the majority of Israelis being non-believers and a Christian minority among the Palestinians.
It must also be kept in mind that a minority of Israelis and a majority of Palestinians believe that Palestine was entrusted to them directly by God.
