According to Nature
The concept of nature is very difficult to define. Almost everything we do, from agriculture to aspirin, is a modification of nature. Cures for infertility would be too, but no one thinks of them that way.
However, we do set limits. For example, neglecting or even killing one's child is against nature, and we consider mothers who do so to be insane. Similarly, we could consider it immoral and against nature for a woman to give birth to a child that isn't hers in exchange for compensation.
