Tragedy of Gaza
Everyone rightly remembers the tragedy of Gaza — the deaths, the hunger, the destruction — from our President of the Republic to anyone who speaks in a public debate. However, I have heard almost no one mention that all of this continues because Hamas rejected the ceasefire, and that the war, in general, goes on because Hamas wants to emerge victorious by regaining control of Gaza through the withdrawal of Israel.
