It's not true that the judiciary is against the right, or that there's a "red plot" as Berlusconi claimed. Only some magistrates overstep into the political arena for ideological reasons or personal interests, and this happens not just against right-wing politicians, but also those on the left.
In fact, I can't recall any trial for acts committed in a political capacity that ended in a conviction, which demonstrates these accusations were unfounded. In cases involving personal matters, sometimes the accusations were well-founded, other times they were merely pretexts.
I'm not just saying this; the trial judges themselves are stating it through their verdicts.
