In separations and divorces, women are favored
in court rulings because the aim is to protect the children, who have already
been denied the right to grow up in a natural family. Therefore, custody is
typically granted to the mother, who is considered the most qualified to care
for them. As a result, she is awarded the marital home and child support, while
the poor husband sometimes ends up sleeping in his car.
I understand that this is unfair to him, but the children’s best interest takes
precedence — and the woman often takes advantage of this.
