Oversight Bodies
It often happens that democratic oversight
bodies act for political reasons and not simply to safeguard objective
democratic norms.
These bodies are, in fact, made up of people who naturally hold political views,
and they are also selected based on political and ideological criteria: they
therefore represent the political and cultural establishment of a given
historical moment.
If NEW political forces win the elections, then conflict becomes inevitable.
