Church and Ethics
The
fact that the Church supports a certain ethical position does not mean that this
position cannot also be shared by atheists or members of other religions. The
Church is against war, but that doesn't mean an atheist cannot also be against
war.
Matters of worship, on the other hand, concern only believers — for example,
when we speak of the Eucharist, we are referring solely to Catholics.
